Wednesday, November 19, 2008 10:06 am CT Roanoke County police have identified the driver killed yesterday when his dump truck was struck by a train as Bruce Carroll Eller of Roanoke. Eller's truck was struck by an eastbound Norfolk Southern train as he crossed the tracks on Garman Road in Roanoke County at 1:12 p.m. Eller, 55, drove for King's Hauling in Salem and was carrying a load of concrete....
